Liu helped to improve our system which is somewhat manual, time-consuming, and fatiguing, by developing a tool using the information provided by our customers. Using his coding skills Liu transformed a significant amount of customer data, pricing structures, part numbers, and descriptions into an easy-to-read helpful tool. This success story ultimately saved me a job that would typically take at least an hour to input, into an easy 10-minute task. Ultimately value saved, adding success to our organization. He also developed a macro that specified certain input mapped into a helpful tool that helped eliminate wasted time. Another value time added positive.
